More practice, it seems like working from mind is kind of tricky yet, is hard to come up with good compositions and ideas, damn, a lot of work to do!

CG Painting January 16th, 2013

More paintings, 1 layer each, from 1 hr to 30 mins, as I discovered recently, there is really no reason in doing this practice if you are gonna do this blindly just for the sake of imitate every pixel of the picture, that's not the point, even if you look the original reference, you will notice that mine, have different colors, I do this intentional, I want to learn how color interacts with the stuff in the enviroment as well as everything together, and with any luck, discover what's making possible that feeling of emotion.

We have to be diligent, I want quick progress so that's why I do tons of practice daily, even if I could not.

Have you ever Asked, why do I follow false believing? do not get this wrong, what I mean is, have you ever wonder, how the real world, I mean not real, there is no real, there is just 1 and only world we live in, how this magnificent planet and everything work??

Have you ever woke up and look and the sky and eat that delicious colours of the clouds and skylight?, do you know which colour is the wall in your classroom at the evening and the morning? do you know what colour is the sky at 5:30 pm? do you know how beautiful is a rose? have you ever feel the warmth of the sun in your face at sunset?, I'm not talking about anything superficial and stupid and false as some guys stylish way of looking things, I'm talking about the true events what happens everyday, this is where we should be focusing on, instead of drawing or painting nonsense stuff.

I HAVE NO INTENTION OF DOING COOL STUFF, false stuff in which I maybe recieve claps or false congratulations, no one more time,no more.

I rather will spend my life learning about the beauty of nature and art, this is how we all amateurs should focus on, the way world works and the beauty of nature.

Just that way we could reach happiness, this is the reason art were invented by the old masters, to try to understand this pure and mysterious life we are all in, not for money, not for fame, not for others, is a tool for man to meet with himself and the world, we are al linked, we are share a big brotherhood, so why waste more time in other things while the real challenge is out doors. 

There is some words that the old masters said and have inspired me since I started painting and it says.

"One student should be master since the beggining, that's being the master of his time, the master of his will, the master of his courage, that's the only way he could achieve such grade, the big steps are only took by brave amateurs in which later they realize the true nature and they become masters."

But I don't believe there is such thing as a master, we are just all students from this land.

The practices of today has been completed, again painting from photos is a good way of understanding painting and learning how to deal with several situations, the afraid is slowly going away and the adventure start with the creation of the enviroment.

Here are the products of the practice. More will come soon.

 Each painting were done by 1 layer, from 30 mins to 1:30 hrs, no sampling no tracing, just one brush and color wheel.

Painting Sculpture January 13th, 2013

The painting of today is a greek statue, the material is marble I think, it somewhat reacts to light like human skin, here are the steps and the process and painting were almost the same as my other works, just this one I took  like 5 hours in total, which is okay, the color wheel just jumped like crazy while figuring out the right tones and values, I feel here is a little progress, like a rice size.

Here is the final result,  a lot of discovery in how light reacts to surface.

God I need to look about folds, greeks were masters in that, let's focus on that soon.

Hard Work, 13th January 2013

Dear Hard Work! I used to hate you. When you called my name, I heard it, but ran away from you. When 

I knew you were coming, I used to hide from you. When you influenced others to talk to me, I quickly made

 excuses to get away from you. Afraid of the pain, because I didn’t want to get hurt. Afraid to fail, so I 

didn’t even try, and afraid of your name, because of what you’ve done to others. Reflection in the mirror, 

shadow behind me, I take one step and you’re still ahead of me.

Sweat on my face, tears in my eyes, I keep on going. I heard you tell no lies. You turned the poor to rich, 

“F” to “A”-s. Is there anything that you can’t do?! Now look at me! You made me who I am today, and because of 

you I have this never losing, never giving up attitude. Quitting?! That’s not in my vocabulary. When they quit,

 I keep going. When they sleep, I work harder. When they say that I can’t, they count me out, I show them that I can.

we are so comfortable just complaining about the bad of our lives, we just are entangled in the status quo,

Thinking, I'm not good at this or there is no way we can be better, in fact, we are so wrong, the dreams,

the dreams always are hard, there is not shortcut, we just have to abandon a lot of things to follow

our destiny, no matter how far a dream is, there will be always a great road to walk, the journey starts

with just one step, quitting can not be contemplated in this way.

The important is that we are in the good way, we just don't have to look bad, keep waking up early,

making journals, being thankful you have both eyes, both arms, both legs and stop that stupid procastination.

I'm not fighting with anybody, that is not the point, we have an inside war already, to be worrying about competition with other hard working souls, there it is, this war is just versus ourselves, life is so hard and we should work together for getting the job done.

Never loose, there is no loosing, even no winning, is just, the path you need to walk in.

Anatomy Part 2 (Skeleton part B and Deltoid)

Well the simplified skeleton is already done and the first muscle to examinate is the deltoid, the measurements can be seen here and can be applied for our chart.

Anatomy Part 1 (Skeleton Part A)

 Okay so in this lecture I'll analize anatomy from it's deepest point, I've already done an understanding lecture of human anatomy, but this one is for close it once for ever, the plan is to break the anatomy at it's simplest point of view, it will take alot of work but is neccesary for further practices.
Okay here I suggest some skeleton break down but here is just the rib cage and head, I need to analyze the pelvic basin and legs, after break up the skeleton will be time for muscles, and so on.
